What This Meditation Retreat Offers
This is a retreat-centre experience (not a directory listing). We host you in a calm environment designed for inner work—quiet rooms, a dedicated meditation hall, nourishing meals, and a daily rhythm that supports calm attention. The practice is friendly and practical: you’ll learn methods you can take home, not just techniques you do on the cushion.
Core Practices
- Mindfulness Meditation: breath awareness, body scanning, and steady attention training.
- Loving-Kindness (Metta): compassion practices that soften the nervous system and open the heart.
- Walking Meditation: grounded presence through slow mindful movement (indoors/outdoors).
- Optional Silence: choose a silent track for deeper immersion, supported with clear guidance.
- Reflection & Integration: journaling prompts and practical tools for daily life after the retreat.
